What data we process
What you enter in the form: full name, hotel or company, email, phone, location and, if you wish, comments. We also receive the campaign your visit came from (UTM parameters and Google Ads click identifier) when you arrive from an ad and have accepted the relevant cookies.
What we use it for
To handle your free energy assessment request, contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp, and prepare the technical visit and proposal. With your consent, also to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Some providers process data on our behalf: the form delivery service (EmailJS), the email service and the hosting of this website. If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, Google will receive browsing data as described in the cookie policy. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, blocked for the legal limitation periods. If no service is contracted, we will delete it on request or when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to comercial@ispcontrolsolar.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching proof of identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
